MYMYMYThe location is strategic, near to hospital and 7e. The house is quite comfortable for 4 adult stay.
The parking. It is so difficult to park in the parking lot. And the lift for guest was in maintenance.

MYMYFamily user-friendly, love it! There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor too, unexpectedly surprised. Just to let the owner knows, the power point for the shower water heater has longed short-circuit, so we showered in room temperature water followed the weather.
Many of the facilities were worn off - Wifi (connected but no function), rice cooker bowl darken, shower water heater has longed short-circuit, carpet worn out, microwave dirty. Anyway, except for the repairing, we cleaned out the kitchen utensils and equipments.

There's only 1 bathroom for the toilet & shower. There are some ants in the kitchen. So, don't leave your food / drink around. The access to parking lot is a bit difficult for newbie driver (narrow with huge pillars around).
