security is good. privacy also good. close to lots of shop lots and a good 24 hour Mamak Bistro. good thai restaurant by the building entrance. nice scenery and neighborhood.

some maintenance are needed on the appliances. like loosen switch and toilet seat. also maybe could provide more dustbin in the room and some outside the premises by the building management.

First of all the room is definitely not like the photos. As you come in you will notice dust in the unit. Bed sheet seems like not dry cleaned they probably just machine dry the sheets. Toilet bidet is leaking, flies everywhere. Dont put out food too long, ants easily will enter your food. Not suitable for working people as there are no study desk. Staff attitude was horrible. Recommend NOT to book this bnb. They are definitely better place out there.

The apartment is big and bright. Very nice view. The swimming pool is amazing. The water temperature is ok. Jacuzzi and a pool for babies. Opening times are great (07:00 to 22:00) Sun beds and sofas at the pool. We also love the softplay area. The apartment is near a walking street with restaurants and most are tasty and cheap. This is super convenient. 7 eleven and KK at 5 min walk

The only thing that I want to say, which is more a suggestion for the host, is to send check-in info the day before instead at the last minute. Sending the deposit (200 ringit) through an online service takes time, and you need to consider that people can come from another country and travel, so there is not much time to do certain things when you just landed. Plus, some guests may not speak English and they might have difficulties. Apart from this, everything was excellent. Host has a WhatsApp contact number and replies immediately.

Clean and good communication

I had a great stay at this apartment. Self check-in instructions were very clear, and communication with the host was prompt and easy. Location is very convenient from KL Int. Airport (20min taxi ride). The beds are very comfortable, and the room has a nice view too. Inside the building is a gym and a large outdoor pool you can use, and which I enjoyed. Downstairs are a very restaurants as well as convenience stores, so you can grab anything you need while staying here. 10/10 for me.
