Very convenient location, so many shop nearby.

Air cond got 2 units, but only 1 can use. Not very good for environment.

I do like the location which is near to upm takes about 10minute including traffic light. Easy for me to travel to class. It also near to the mall. The area also not very jam as other place. A lot of shops nearby. Washing machine and dryer provided make it easy for long staying guests (no need to go to laundry shops) parking lot also in 1st floor. If possible to add also microwave as usually tourist/ guest would buy outside food to eat at home.

I’m so impressed with its high level of cleanliness! You cannot find a single spot of dust inside! Complete amenities (of high quality mostly from IKEA) from slippers to detergent powder, shampoo, body wash, etc. were provided by the owner.

The studio is exactly just like the photos. Just like what to expect! Once I open the main door, the smell of the room is really good like a hotel room. Very satisfying! From the moment I arrived, the guard was so kind, friendly and helpful! Really a good start for me. You got everything you need in this homestay. Shower gel, shampoo, detergent, washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board, hair dryer, fridge, kettle, cooking equipments, dishwash liquid. Perfect!!! I hope it will remain the same until I come back again! :D I will upload the photos of the studio AFTER I LEFT the property.
