The worker, Omar, was the only pleasant experience about this. He really tried making things right and I appreciate him. The owner should be lucky to have a hospitable person like him, otherwise we would’ve left.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Would Not Recommend The only positive thing I can say about this stay is the housekeeper, Omar, who was very sweet, accommodating, and quick to fix what he could. Every issue we had (lack of soap, lack of towels, lack of blankets) he handled promptly, and I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, his kindness was overshadowed by everything else about this place. Upon arrival, we were greeted not with hospitality, but with a stack of dirty, mildew-smelling towels bunched together. The girls in the front desk would not assist us at all—we came with a disabled family member and heavy baggage, and while maybe “it wasn’t their job,” it reflects very poorly on the character and values of the business. This is the Philippines, a culture known for hospitality—and as a Filipino myself, I expected at least a little of that, especially given the price of the unit. Security was also a huge problem. We were not allowed to lock the condo door, which felt unsafe and invasive. We had to put all our belongings into one room with a lock, leaving the front door completely vulnerable. Nowhere in the listing did it mention this. When I raised my concern, the owner brushed me off and even told me to just cancel rather than fix the issue. On the second day I booked, they gave me more problems—again suggesting that I leave the door unlocked when going out shopping in Manila and cram all 5 guests’ belongings into a single room. That was never disclosed in the description, and it was completely unacceptable. I vocalized all my concerns to the owner, but he was useless and dismissive. Thankfully, Omar urgently stepped in—he brought us fresh towels, soaps, and other basics that were apparently kept locked away in a cabinet. Without his help, the stay would have been even more unbearable. The condo itself was extremely disappointing.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. — great value for the price. Would definitely stay again.

The only advantage of this accommodation is that you can walk to the airport

No hot water The sink is clogged up not working hair dryer DIRTY BED( They only spray Febreze on the bedding, hair on the bed) We asked for an early check-up at 2 o'clock, so the manager clearly said okay, but he was cleaning until then. Eventually, I went around with my luggage and went in the evening

Its near the airport and its clean and quiet.

We love the place. We cant wait to come back on the 3rd week of August before going back to Uk.

Very minor thing. When i took the trash bin down to b1, there was no replacement, i think the previous tenant didn’t throw their trash that is why when we came it was almost full. Otherwise very happy with our stay
