Clean, near to everything, nice and accommodating staff.

We did not avail any breakfast. Best location as we watched Shrek the Musical at Newport Performing Arts Theater.

We did not lift/open the window blinds as the buildings are too close for privacy, and comfort (as other dwellers were smoking).

Omar was a really good worker. He tried to make everything okay so I appreciate his efforts a lot. His boss is lucky to have him because he at least showed an effort to care about our discomfort whereas the owner told me I should’ve read the description. I understand it’s a condo but why is it moldy and dirty? Where are the towels? Why can’t we lock our door when we leave? Shady place. And I can deal with dirty / dusty areas it’s no problem, but mold? Heck no. And the extra mattress smelled mildew as well. They should really clear up and air the rooms out or something..or maybe the owner should actually care about the people spending their hard earned money to stay here.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Would Not Recommend The only positive thing I can say about this stay is the housekeeper, Omar, who was very sweet, accommodating, and quick to fix what he could. Every issue we had (lack of soap, lack of towels, lack of blankets) he handled promptly, and I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, his kindness was overshadowed by everything else about this place. Upon arrival, we were greeted not with hospitality, but with a stack of dirty, mildew-smelling towels bunched together. The girls in the front desk would not assist us at all—we came with a disabled family member and heavy baggage, and while maybe “it wasn’t their job,” it reflects very poorly on the character and values of the business. This is the Philippines, a culture known for hospitality—and as a Filipino myself, I expected at least a little of that, especially given the price of the unit. Security was also a huge problem. We were not allowed to lock the condo door, which felt unsafe and invasive. We had to put all our belongings into one room with a lock, leaving the front door completely vulnerable. Nowhere in the listing did it mention this. When I raised my concern, the owner brushed me off and even told me to just cancel rather than fix the issue. On the second day I booked, they gave me more problems—again suggesting that I leave the door unlocked when going out shopping in Manila and cram all 5 guests’ belongings into a single room. That was never disclosed in the description, and it was completely unacceptable. I vocalized all my concerns to the owner, but he was useless and dismissive. Thankfully, Omar urgently stepped in—he brought us fresh towels, soaps, and other basics that were apparently kept locked away in a cabinet. Without his help, the stay would have been even more unbearable. The condo itself was extremely disappointing.
