Very spacious, most beds are queen size, nice view from balvony and master bedroom, accomodates big group nicely

Listed dryer in the facility provided, but no dryer. Would be more convenient with one as we travel with elderly and special need person.

Very nice location and it is all.

Tragic wifi, useles ... 0,2 mbit. You must buy a sim card. Owner gave me a 20% sale, so I do not hate the appartment. But I can not recommend

"I will not book homestay loft C,"

The space for family okay but

Very dissapointed and not accurate as what I requested seaview and sunset as an option at booking.com. The view we have only the green bushes plus dry leaves scattered everywhere which is not well maintenance for quite long time for sure. Once we opened the door and entered the homestay, the damp odour overwhelm the room maybe from the carpet, dirty at the slaiding door, the door bathroom so hard to open and close, the smell toilet so disgusting, I can't stand in the bathroom even a second. Dusty fan and one door was locked near the kitchen not sure what is inside. Seriously, We can't wait even 30 minutes, we have to find out the hotel nearest homestay. Luckily, we find slot 1 room after hunting many hotels.. Its not worth it for your money. If I can refund my money....

Strategic location. Can easily access the mall. Not far from the jetty and quite near to the seafood restaurant and pasar Philippines.

Parking is a bit complicated. If you have 2 cars or more, the second car driver needs to drop passengers at the lobby and bring luggage upstairs using lift and stairs. The second car parking spot is at the mall not resident parking. You have to search for the correct lobby stairs as well. Block C do not have signage at parking area. I need to ask the security guard.

Location and ease of car park

The garden requires tidying, including trimming the leaves. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, and small bugs were entering the apartment
