All the facilities in the homestay are good, a very comfortable stay, thanks host!

Pillows are too soft for me, but it's fine as I personally have higher requirements on pillow, it's okay for my spouse though, others are all good.

The coziness of the room. All amenities were provided. Utensils clean, bedding clean. Netflix was available. Great view. Quiet.

The building management should ensure all their lifts are working. I was there for a convention, and many of us booked into Trefoil. Getting to our units at night after the conference ended was a horror because of only two working lifts. People had to wait for 20 minutes or more. I felt sorry for the residents that, because of us, they had to wait so long to get up to their units.

Value for money . The location was very close proximity to the convention center .The Mall had many shopping & Eating places . Comfortable place .

You could have a reception desk to assist the guests with their check in & check out process rather than using the cleaning staff to hand over the keys / accept deposit / refund deposit .. You might also want to look at a place for baggage storage for customer checking Out ,whose flights are in the night .
