The location of this property in Playa Del Carmen is just excellent!! if you are looking for a place close to both 5th and 10th then this is the place for you. You will be close to absolutely everything needed, including two (2) very nice grocery markets! The property is clean, well maintained and has everything needed for a extended stay (we were there for 2 months). The internet is fast so communications is not an issue. Most importantly the owners are friendly, responsive and attentive to making sure you are safe and well taken care of!!

Sometimes- depending on the wind direction, the noises from 5th & 10th Avenues late in the evening can be a little excessive. This is certainly not an every night occurrence and has a lot to do with the local festive activities and, as stated before - the direction of the wind.
