The tenant in the upper unit will determine the level of comfort and convenience. Because the 'roof' of this unit is the upper unit's floor. So you can CLEARLY hear the upper tenant's footsteps. In my case, the upper tenant has children. I could hear their children playing, running, crying, and so on. It especially annoying when I want to go to sleep at night.
