FRMYMYMYMYthe location was good. too bad the facilities and service was disapointing. It ruined my holiday.
I feel cheated after renting a supposed fully airconditioned apartment. The air conditioner in my bedroom did not work even though it was advertised as air conditioned. I spent two sleepless nights in the heat. It took the staff 18 hours to respond to my request for reduction in rental rate since they did not deliver as advertised. NO REDUCTION in rental was offered.I was given two breakfast vouchers which was only valid for 18 minutes before expiring on the day I was to check out and leave the state.
