MYMYMYMYMYThe view is beautiful and very relaxing. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Parking was also provided, which is helpful.
The check-in experience needs improvement. I arrived around 7pm after a 4-hour drive, but the locker for key collection could not be opened, and the key was not inside as expected. I had to wait at the lobby for almost an hour due to miscommunication. The designated parking was also taken by someone else. Although I was later told I could park at another spot, I was not informed that I needed to notify security first. I could have been fined or had my car clamped if I parked without informing them. Overall, management should improve the check-in coordination and communication process. btw thanks to Amirul after he explained and resolved our issue finally we get our key.
