The parking access card cannot be used at the tollgate upon arriving....forcing us to use the paycard instead ..as behind hv several cars waiting in line to enter ... Further, we were charged RM50 for the abv .... Any issue shld be resolved and flexibility adopted if the issue arose due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication.

"I will choose to stay again next time....cz overall it's very comfy."

Location is ok, cz easily for my kids to have meal.

The toilet..... I couldn't hang my changing clothes.and the space for me to put my skin care is too small. And the water flows very slow.

nice view

the apartment not so clean some stains on pillow case and bedsheet. spider web on ceiling. at night can hear sound from downstairs because got a bistro. early morning can hear Muslim chanting very clear because near to mosque. I got problem to get in car park, the security not helpful at all.

the environment is good and i very like it.

the living room not enough cold, and the keys tied with cable tie can easily hurt the hand. It is better to use card to access the room. Thank you.
