I like the location of this Homestay as it is very convenient and located at tourist hotspot area. Check-in instruction is quite clear.

It is porcelain tile for floor finishing. A bit cold for bare foot feeling. Host should provide slippers for guests or change the floor finishing to timber floor or carpets. A welcome snack or water would be good if can provide.

Location is fine, just shy away from town. But house condition though is new but unacceptable.

The musty and mouldy smell once enter the property. Even though they whole neighborhood is still under construction. Means the building is still new. But the inside condition unacceptable.
