Room spacious Cozy

Couch smelly and look awful, feel very filthy when sat on it. Have to sit on the floor while watching tv. Room smell dusty or mouldy Toilet is in so bad condition. Mirror, shower glass, toilet door all mouldy. No table or chair at balcony to enjoy the view. 1 of cabinet door is broken, broom not in proper place, 1st time in my life, i saw broom as my welcome item. I've taken few pics as prove. When i asked host, can multiple entry to car park with 1 charge? She told me, yes. But nope, Touch n Go charged me almost RM10 when Im suppose to pay only RM6.33 for weekend charge. That was so unfair.. I've told the host about the room and car park charge, suprisingly not even a sorry that i get.. not even reply me, just left me with blue tick.. so so unfriendly host, poor customer service. When i reviewed others comments, wowww.. im not the 1st person came across this horror room.

Nice location

Oven smelly , toilet moderate clean but smelly , arrangement in room ok but smelly. Overall is smelly.
