A little rundown although clean The chopping board and dishwashing items are old and not something I want to use I think it’s time to refresh the pillows. They are quite flat and not fresh smelling The aircon unit is so loud I’m afraid.

Location, stayed in these towers several times before with other accommodation agents

Dirty and run down, uncomfortable, damp smell, balcony doors not able to lock, very noisy air-con compressor just outside master bedroom (poor design). Plates in cupboard had actual food encrusted on them... run down. Check in staff very unhelpful and non communicative as it was a last-minute booking. Simply answering our phone calls would have saved us a lot of stress but they didn't bother. I'm a regular visitor to these towers for work related travel, and have stayed in the same building but different apartments with several other rental companies and had good experiences.

The smell in the apartment was terrible, so much humidity and no air. Cleaning was very poor, we had to order directly another cleaning service… which was not proper anyway… we were really disappointed. Plus apartment looks completely different than on the pictures- its old one…
