"very disgusting place"

nothing, all bad, too dirty still under renovation, we need our money back return, we didn't use the loft, it's really dirty, filthy, disgusting place, we demand to get our money back, we check out soon as we get inside. smelly and bad condo/apt should not put on your booking.com for we need the $322 dollars back asap. We have been using booking.com on all our travels but this is the 1st time we encountered such bad place, we need our money back per Jean the adm of this Loft at Mckinley residences, Booking.com got the payment so we need Booking.com to return our payment.

everything is a disaster, dirty, smelly place, should not list on booking.com when it's not even liveable, we need our refund

location

toilet was in the loft so you need climb the stairs if you need to relieve yourself. and it is next to the bed so if my companion is a couple, I would not be comfortable using the toilet.

"I like the McKinley residence, location, and overall lobby staff however, I will not stay in this particular unit again."

Very close proximity to the St. Luke's Hospital.

The overall apartment was not clean. The bathroom smelled moldy and there was mold on the shower curtain. The rug in the bathroom and in the living room still had hair from prior guest. The floor was dusty and we had to wear shoes and socks inside, because it had not been mopped. The refrigerator was not on upon our arrival.

"Adequat stay, does the trick."

Great location. Easy checkin/checkout. Great views, for a good price.

The stairs were made of a plastic wood, which was coming off. The only real big complaint I have is that the sitcom doesn’t reach the loft, so it’s never truly cool up there, and it’s super sweaty and humid still when you sleep.
