Grand Central Suites

Very close to the train station, quiet property even with a restaurant below you. The bed was comfortable and great shower. Liked the steam iron and also had a diffuser with the hair dryer. We really enjoyed our stay here and great to come back to after a long day of sightseeing to relax. Also felt very safe, there are two locked doors below you have to go through to get to the property. Having your own large private balcony was a bonus.

There are steep stairs to navigate, just have to go up and down them slowly.

The accomodation was perfect for us. Zandvoort is perfectly located for travelling around the Netherlands. The apartment was located perfectly for the station, bars and supermarket. The host was easy to contact.

The cycles and cannabis in Amsterdam. But I can't blame Grand central suites for that!

The host was excellent and very responsive to any communication. Nothing was too troublesome Easy train ride from Amsterdam airport and train station one minute from the apartment. The apartment was clean and modern.

The property was very very nice and clean. I was gone most of the day and I didn’t hear any disturbances from the dining room underneath the apartment like others listed in reviews but I was there on a Monday-Wednesday. The bathroom was very nice! Bed was comfortable and other plenty of pillows. The only reason I stayed here is because of the balcony. He provided plenty of drinks and water AND A BOTTLE OF WINE! Thank you so much for bringing friendly! Just please keep the balcony private as you can by keeping the sides covered. The balcony is what a lot of travelers look for when traveling and that’s what makes it such a gem!

Of course the reviews complained about the stairs, but once you see the inside of where you are staying, it will make up for that. Just bring up your suitcases 1 by 1 and you will be fine. For a solo traveler it was plenty of room. If you don’t have Netflix, his is not unlocked lol. The air conditioning takes a few minutes to come on, it’s not broke! I would suggest adding photos of your balcony so others can see how great it is.

Very convenient location few steps from the rail and the beach. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and living room. The apartment in an old house is quite roomy and has a nice casual style.

Bring some slippers for winter stay, they do not overheat. The steep Dutch steps to 2nd floor must be walked (climbed is more appropriate) very carefully.

Within a few minutes of walking-distance to the train station, this large apartment has its bedroom facing the quiet side of the building and the living room was fantastic. We never got to see the host, but he was always very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Typical Dutsch stairs (narrow and steep) wont be that manageable with an advanced age but for now we had no issues. The bedroom is a bit narrow but we could sleep very well.
