Anegang Boutique Appartement

The appartement is wonderful. Really spacious, very clean. The beds are really comfortable and we were able to do laundry there which helped a lot during our bike trip.

Nothing! We wish to be back again!

Very clean and spacious. Close to amenities.

Our family of three stayed here for 5 days and we were very happy to have so much space to spread out after staying in tiny bigger city hotels. The apartment is very clean and we had everything we needed. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station in Haarlem and the neighborhood surrounding the apartment has lots of shops and restaurants. If you are cooking in the apartment, Deka Markrt and Albert Heijn are both just a few minutes walk away. Very close to the central square too. I'd recommend going on Saturday for market day. Just a note to families with very small kids...the bedrooms are separated by a floor and the long length of the apartment. The second bedroom is actually right by the entrance door. This worked out well because our daughter is a young teen and she got lots of privacy. I think I would have been nervous if she were little to have her almost in her own apartment like that. Steps are typical Dutch steps, very steep and curving so keep that in mind if anyone has mobility issues.

The only issues we had: we were given the address for the Hotel Anegang itself, but the apartment is actually around the corner a bit in an alley way in another named road. It took us a few extra minutes of trying to figure that out. We also were given the wrong address for trash disposal. The address on the Anegang website led us to a regular public trashcan, not the underground dumpsters.

Excellent location in central Haarlem and not too long a walk from the rail station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Beds were a bit too soft for our liking. Need a firmer mattress to get a good nights sleep. There was a large paper carrier bag with 10+ empty beer bottles in the Utility room. We took them to the recycling bin near AH.

The apartment more than met are expectations. The location was superb! We stayed in centrum, so we could walk to all of the sites we wanted to see.

Parking. It was a little difficult to locate the parking garage which is a 5-minute walk to the apartment. The beds had super soft mattresses which were not good good for us or our travelling companions.

Noise from drunk pedestrians in the middle of the night!!

Very comfortable clean spacious apartment. The beds were especially comfortable and spotlessly clean. Shower and bath all good. Plenty of kitchen utensils which if we had more time we would have absolutely used. Great location to explore Haarlem and getting into Amsterdam simple.

We had a wonderful stay - only thing to say was the sheets on the beds appeared more like mattress protectors than a sheet - which was a shame as the pillows and quilt were lovely and crisp and clean.
