De Kluiskaemer in de Olde Banck

This antike appartement has all modern amenities. It really rounded up my stay in Stavoren as a unique experience of beauty and welcoming

Thea, our host, was very friendly and showed us around the beautiful and very interesting big garden with lots of surprise spots to hang out. It was all in all a super inspirational stay.

I wish we could have stayed a week. We were cycling through and stayed one night. Stavoren was so nice. Thea was a great host who met us when we arrived. The place was perfect. Close to everything. The backyard was gorgeous. We loved the history of the building and the bath/shower in the original vault/safe of the bank was very unique. One day we hope to be back and we will recommend to others. 10++

Very thing was perfect.

What an amazing location, property, and host! We walked ~5 minutes to the beach almost everyday with ridiculous sunsets and so few people it was shocking. You can rent bikes just a block from the property and it is central to many restaurants as well as the grocery store being a lovely <10 min walk away. Canals! The most beautiful sail boats you’ll ever see, Thea’s back garden too— huge and extensive with many spaces you can squirrel away with a book and a drink. She also bbq’d for us and had a fire one night where the couple staying in the one other room serenaded us with guitar and song. What a perfect place. Kitchen is fully equipped to never need to go out if you don’t want and Thea has used the space well to make the room feel plenty big even with 2 and a cat :)

Das Badezimmer

Thea ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Kluiskaemer sehr genossen und neben den Ausflügen ins Friesland und den Spaziergängen auf der Düne schöne Stunden im Garten verbracht.

Wir haben absolut gar nichts anzumerken :D!

Supernette Vermieterin, tolle Lage, großer spannender Garten in dem es viel zu entdecken gab, deutsche Fernsehprogramme, und eine gut eingerichtete Küche, gemütliches Bett. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus

Leider konnte man zum Lüften nur ein Fenster auf Kipp stellen. Wir hatten bei der Beschreibung leider nicht gesehen, dass man den Gemeinschaftsflur durchqueren muss um ins (eigene) Bad zu gehen.
