Een fijn appartement, veel ruimte.

De keuken zou gemoderniseerd mogen worden.

Vriendelijke host die goede instructies vooraf gaf en ook tijdens het verblijf uitstekend bereikbaar was voor vragen. Hij kwam zelfs even persoonlijk langs om mij welkom te heten. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim en comfortabel.

The owner had not informed us that there was a concrete panel of about 4 cm thick lying on the floor. It was right in the walking path in the apartment. This panel was hardly visible and was placed there to cover up a big hole that needed maintenance. Unaware of the concrete plate, I hit it hard with my toe while walking in the apartment. This accident hurt really bad and now, 2 months later, my toenail is still black from this collision. I informed the owner about the accident and how much it hurt. He told me the concrete plate was there to cover up a hole and did not apologize for the inconvenience that was caused due to his neglect. When we left, I mentioned the accident again to him. Again there was no apology by him. I told him that if I had caused an injury through my neglect that I would always at least apologize. After that he hesitantly produced an apology but apparently did not understand why he would have to do so. It seemed to me the response a child could that is totally unaware of its responsibility. I was very dismayed about the lack of an adult and responsible reaction by the host. Besides the concrete plate on the floor there were other dangerous situations in the apartment that could easily lead to serious accidents. Chairs were placed close to an unprotected edge next to a space that was 1 meter lower. Falling over the edge could have very serious consequences. When leaving the apartment the owner demanded a tourist tax that needed to be paid in cash. The guests that did not have cash thus needed to go and look for a money machine before they could leave. The owner should have arranged this payment though booking.com or have informed the customers ahead of time. In retrospect it is my impression that the owner is not capable of creating good customer safety nor good customer contacts. He lacks empathy and is irresponsible when it comes to the safety of his customers. I obviously would never book with him again and would warn future customers

Huisje wat verouderd - upgrade nodig

The location was excellent for our needs. The accommodation was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was very good. Our host was contactable by text and he was available to meet us.

We would have liked a double quilt on the double bed instead of two single quilts. There were plenty of towels available in the bathroom, but they were all hand towels. We would have liked to have some shower/bath towels.

Ruimte voldoende. Bedden oké.

Betere handdoeken. Beetje armoedig. Geen gezellige inrichting.

Goede, rustige,- en centrale locatie; ruim appartement; grote keuken met voldoende potten/pannen/bestek; vriendelijke en makkelijk bereikbare beheerder.

Matras lijkt aan vervanging toe; opknapbeurt slaapkamer zou geen kwaad kunnen; wifi niet optimaal.
