Upon arrival I was given a warm greeting and shown the highlights of the house. I could say a lot more but I will limit my comments to saying that the house is absolutely charming, the location is perfect, and the weather is great for the ducks. But the weather is hard to control, so no worries, Mate. This house is a hidden jewel.
