Easy to find, had everything we needed. Extremely good value. Great to have parking right next to the accomodation.beds comfortable.. Really excellent shower.

The sliding toilet door offered no privacy! If we had been two friends instead of a married couple it would have been awkward. Washroom basin has no plug and only cold water, so difficult to shave or have a wash.

The location was excellent for our time in Hoogland, easy access o the motorways and main roads out of town especially to Amsterdam

Thee was nothing to dislike

Coosje and Patrick are amazing people, very helpful. This place is very cozy, for a few nights for me it was enough, but take in mind that you will share the hallway with the owners. Parking spot, bus station and the supermarket are very close. The neighbourhood is quiet and super nice.

The bathroom door is a bit weird and I felt that I didn't had the privacy that I am used to. You can hear some noise from the outside through the window sometimes.

This is a really lovely, bright and spotlessly clean studio. It has all you need for a self-catering break. The bed is extremely comfortable, there is plenty of hot water and a strong wifi signal. The owner is wonderful - friendly and very helpful. There are a number of shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity (including a large Albert Heijn supermarket). It's about 15 minutes on the bus into the centre of Amersfoort, which is absolutely beautiful.

Everything was great but if I was being picky, I would have appreciated a TV!!

I liked the decoration, the cleanliness, the amenities like the microwave, the stove, the coffeemachine, the toaster etc. Beds were good, liked the two choices of pillow. bathroom was basic, but clean and very much sufficient.

Insulation for sound and temperature from the window could be improved. Some sound insulation on the inner door would not be a luxury either.

The bathroom door cannot be closed properly.

Very clean and cozy. comfortable beds. the host is very friendly and communication goes smoothly

the light (and ventilation) in the bathroom are activated by a motion detector and will stay on for quite long time
