The apartment was just beautiful with everything you could possibly need for a family. Its location was very close to public transport only needing a credit card to swipe on and off.

My teenage daughters and I stayed here for five days and we would highly recommend our accommodation. Firstly,the customer service team at Biz Stay were amazing. Helpful, courteous and extremely efficient and happy to answer any queries once we had booked our accommodation . Mabel was so helpful when we were having difficulties accessing the link for the remote keys (internet issues on my part) and followed up with a lovely welcome email message. The apartment is in an incredible location - access to town,Scheveningen Strand and Fredrik Hendriklaan was so easy to navigate. The apartment itself was spacious, extremely clean with amazingly comfortable beds. Excellent standard of self catering accommodation in a beautiful part of Den Haag with highly efficient customer service from the Biz Stay team.

very nice host

in a 2 bedroom flat for 4 friends sharing there was only one toilet. It says so in the listing but it really was fairly inconvenient. Also, we were given a welcome pack which again was mentioned in the check in email, but it was all on the kitchen table in a gift bag. It would have been far more useful to have the items where they should be and handy to use, toilet paper next to the toilet, shower gel in the bathroom etc. I don't really think it was necessary to gift wrap the dishwasher tabs!! Most disappointing gift ever!!
