City hotel Terneuzen

Spent 4 nights at city. Excellent staff in reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast. Breakfast food selection very good. Restaurant pleasant and ok menu. Room clean, with balcony (pleasant in warm weather(April 2018=29 deg!!) Not greatest surroundings, but for urban hotel this place is recommended, and we will be back!

Nothing to complain about. Room clean comfortable, wi-fi good. Food decent. Good business hotel.

Hotel was close to a busy road and a residential area. So was noisy. Room was compact but it did have a balcony which was nice to have the extra ventilation as it was a warm day and night. The facilities in the bathroom were well appointed. On arrival the free water and cucumber drink was a nice touch. The reception staff upon check-out and the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were particularly welcoming and friendly. Staff also handled my instructions about invoicing efficiently

Have stayed here twice now and will have no reservations about coming back for a third time.

Nice hotel, with good services and friendly staff. The food at the bistro is also good.

Ok. No restaurante one day. I eascharged for dinner an Wine I did not order. Waiter should request to SEE rom key number When ordreing

Arrived latish and restaurant closed at 9, so no food, and no immediate alternatives in the area. Good buffet breakfast, and very friendly staff.

Good hotel with most modern facilities. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Balcony not so useful these days. No room AirCon presumably due to balcony instead. We arrived very late but hotel itself seemed ok with all modern facilities

Ripped wallpaper,furniture falling apart, general condition of hotel and room grubby!
