Le logement dispose d’un parking pratique, la liaison avec Oslo se fait facilement (considérant la localisation), il y a une terrasse.

Le logement était globalement sale (sol, draps, contour des meubles, linge non rangé (impossible de savoir si les nôtres sont propres ou utilisés)). Lampe de chevet cassée. Canapé lit non utilisable (ne se déplie pas). Pas de meuble sur la terrasse. Trompeur sur la vue (appartement au rez-de-chaussée sans vue direct).

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the room was dirty and had clearly not been properly prepared for guests. The dryer was still running, suggesting that cleaning had not been completed before our arrival. Communication with the host was poor throughout. I had to contact the owner several times to obtain the check-in details, while the owner insisted that the information had already been sent. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion before our arrival. We were also instructed to collect the room key from a bicycle outside the property, which was very unusual and made us feel uncomfortable, as it looked as though we were taking something that did not belong to us. Due to the condition of the accommodation and the overall experience, we decided not to stay at the property at all. Instead, we booked a hotel across the road, where we received a warm welcome, a clean room, and a very good breakfast. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this accommodation.

Very pretty and highly practical apartment in a nice and quiet area. Not big, but smart room solution! Everything I needed was as described except the internet connection. I did not ask the landlord so there is probably a solution for this. The bed arrangement was also comfortable. The instructions provided are very accurate, and essential to finding your way around in the facilities. Landlord is pro active and answers quiclky, and communicates in a friendly way and to the point!

The apartment gets a little warm but there are two fans and two terrace doors to let some steam out.

Mye støv og skittent. Vi måtte i gang med husvask for å føle oss komfortable. Sengetøy og håndklær var utslitte med stygge flekker.Ingen internett, den var tydelegvis stoppet av en aller annen grunn. Lite som stemte med beskrivelsen på Booking. com.

This place is very nice for a small family and host is very helpful. The host is available on call and understand your every concern. This place has all ammenities and utilities you need.

This place is walkable from bus stop or train station in 10 mins. If you have a Car then this place is far by best to stay in Oslo

I have already posted my feedback in latest review for this place. I continued my stay because I like the plave and hoat was very helpful.

Am dat o stea dintr-un singur motiv , am rezervat pentru o săptămână și am stat doar o noaptea , da într-adevăr vina a fost mea dar a trebui să ajung de urgență în țara mea pentru ca tatăl meu era pe moarte . I-am explicat problema propietarului și măcar așa ca gest de omenire ar fi putut să anuleze să îmi pot recupera măcar o parte din bani dar nu a făcut-o .

The apartment wasn't ready for check in when I arrived. Although this was eventually resolved, the interactions with the host were not satisfactory. I asked if he would give me a discount off the price as a result of the impact of this but he refused. He told me to take this up with booking.com and not himself. Also, I don't expect when paying €144 euros for an apartment to be asked to strip down the beds at the end before leaving for the host.
