"Unreasonable hidden tricks in the booking. Unpleasant stay"

The kitchen and the view was quite good.

We were surprised there is no linen and towel , if you want to use a linen it costs another 20 euro. We were asked to clean up after the stay and being directed to drive few kilometers tooking for a place to dispose the trash as there is no trash containers at the property. It is not really clear where the trash supposed to be dispossessed. All of these are not declared before you book. A message regarding to those unreasonable requirements is only sent to you after this non-refundable reservation has been made and paid. When we asked the owner why there was no linen and it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking page, her answer was 'It also didn't say it's included, I'm a private person not a hotel, I can decide what is included. ' This is totally unreasonable. If there is any unusual requirements, the information should be clear in the description or policy of the property in booking.com . This information is sent out automatically in a message after the reservation, therefore there is no chance to consider these aspects before the reservation has been completed.

We had a great time! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to spend a few days in Oppdal! It was possible to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The owner was very easy to talk to and it was possible to rent bed sheets.
