Over all it's a cute little Batch has everything you need

I found the bed a bit to firm Would rather have full milk not lite And all the plastic utensils not good for a clean green NZ

I loved the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and tea and coffee facilities, the clean and plentiful towels. It was a quiet spot and handy to the city centre. (in my car)

I could have stayed longer!

We found breakfast very good and very much appreciated as this saves us bring food.from home and is also what we like as a breakfast.We also feel where your B/B is situated it is very accessible to meet our needs. when coming to Dunedin we always see if it’s available also our family and friends have been told.
