Falta una mesa para comer o una barra con un par de sillas altas, solo hay mesa bajita del sofá. La cocina equipada pero solo un fuego eléctrico, cocina de supervivencia

The quinatness of the place. Comfortable bed. The breakfast, Cafe coffee. Location to beaches and airport very handy. Learning the history of The old Sunday school. Had everything you need for a good holiday. Local menus would recommend Morington Thai delicious food, friendly staff.

There wasn't a desk/ table for eating at or using the computer.

This is our go to place when we visit Dunedin.

This cute little place has everything you need. And great brunch cafe and grocery store 15 mins walking distance.

Next to the road, it can be quite noisy at times with cars passing especially when sitting outside.

Having it to ourselves, off-street parking, good location

When other guests parked across our entry gate so we had to go to the main house to ask them to move their vehicle. Not having a covered entry when it was raining. Having to in the rain, go down a pathway across the main house outdoor area to use the laundry.

Location and facilities

完全に独立した建物で、リビングとキッチン、ベッドルームが分かれていた Wi-Fiも結構早くて、問題はなかった エアコンの暖房能力が弱く肌寒く感じた

オーナーからの指示やルールが厳しくて、理解し対応するのが大変だった。 慣れない人には苦痛以外何物でもないと思う ・チェックアウトの際にベッドシーツと掛け布団の下のシーツを剥がし、枕ケースも外す必要があった ・ゴミ捨ても建物外に捨てなければならない ・エアコンの使用は、冷房・暖房共に「温度指定」があり、今回は暖房を使ったが、上限23度と指示され、広いリビング、ベッドルームを1台の小型エアコンではなかなか暖かくならなかった ・朝食付との触れ込みだったが、到着したら「コンチネンタルブレックファースト」と自称するシリアル、牛乳、食パン、ジャム・バター、コーヒー・紅茶程度で、一般的なスライスハムやスライスチーズは全くなし 簡単にいうと、建物を賃貸するだけでホテルサービス的なものは全く期待できません ダニーデンの街中のホテルは満杯だったのでやむなく予約したが、中心部から車で10分ていど走った住宅街にあるので、スーパーやお店は徒歩圏には全くなく、レンタカーのない人は何もできないと思います
