Very Well equipped with everything you would want for a stay including all items for a lovely continental breakfast. Also laundry at your disposal if required. Highly recommend.

A Comfy bed, a/c, excellent wifi, Netflix if needed, separate shower toilet to the small living room and separate bed room. Cont breakfast provided. Very handy to a ORBus stop across the road in Mitchell avenue for access to CBD (park car and forget), A Shopping complex with great “Alto cafe” under 2km away.

Would be nice for a small table for two in the living room to enjoy breakfast and any other take aways instead of the lounge. Only current option is an outdoor setting but not suitable in cold or rain.

Unpretentious hidden gem. Spot on costing for experience that I wish other accomdation would take as an example! Great communication and receptive staff, simple and straight forward, the way it should be <3

Minor issues, was a restless sleep so I can't even tell if it was me away from my bed or the bed there. But I'm an insomniac soooo 🤣 Pictures could do with an update/ panoramic or 3d view as some people may want more. I know I love as much info going in prior as possible 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not close to anything! Dunedin is also a pretty hard place to walk in as the hills are everywhere and really big.

Well equipped comfortable, reasonabley priçed would recommend it to anyone.couldn't score the staff as I didn't see anyone. Excellent well done
