Friendly hosts Quiet and really cost-effective Close to town

Too many pillows

Was reasonable price, there was onsite parking, and not to far from town centre by car. Also had everything required for a short stay.

Small space - if wanting a longer than overnight or weekend stay it could be a challange. The noise from the pool pump ( right outside studio) was bordering on torture during the day ( it comes on from 9am to 7pm) as we stayed three nights it was extremally iterating as we were at the studio at various times during these times period. As an overnight option only would probably not be such an issue. I don't recall seeing reference to the pool pump noise in the description when i booked the property (had I known I would not of booked). as a disclaimer I do have sensitivities to some noise ( incessant humming noise is one of them).

Great location for accessing all attractions. Clean, neat and tidy. Easy to get in, and good parking. Thoughtful touches. Hosts were super responsive

Space is quite small - its very much a sleepout, just something to be mindful of if you have lots of luggage etc

Lovely little place tucked away in a side street just 5 mins drive from the town centre. We thought the sleepout hideaway was just what we needed for a short stay. The room may have been small but it was well equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for.

One thing I'd recommend for the room is to install a couple of coat hooks. It's a small but surprisingly important detail given it's the first thing you look for when you come inside from the cold. Also the luggage rack is on its last legs and should probably be replaced/repaired.

Good advice from owner where to go for great sites,

Private space. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette with table and stools. Clean.

Even though the unit is detached from the main house, we could hear the family in the mornings. There is an Oldtimer car parked right next to the unit and when it was sitting there idling, a lot of fumes entered the unit. Minor, but some hooks on the wall for hanging clothing would be nice.

perfect cozy place close to Rotorua centre but still in quiet neighborhood lots of nice touches and well thought out layout

Cute and tidy. Close to grocery store. A few good take out restaurants are in walking distance.

Small space. No closet or place for hanging clothes.
