Peaceful and the owners were friendly and respected my privacy. The property location is in a great position making it easy to get to various places around the city, north, south, east and west.

Really nice place, Everything was great! Just what we were after for a quiet weekend away. Bed was comfy, nice location and quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly family with some great local knowledge from Richmond. A fantastic walk in the redwood forest thanks to his advice. The room is perfect for a couple like us, very comfortable with a clean, well-appointed en suite. Our own parking space, loads of WiFi and Rotorua's lively centre with all its restaurants just a short drive away, a great location. Thanks again

"Great for a weekend stop over when you only need a small amount of luggage."

Location easy to get to and access facilities locally as we had our own vehicle. Swimming pool available if weather suited.

The accommodation was quiet small.
