NZNew apartment, with all the facilities you need. Right in the middle of town
Turned up and the room hadnt been cleaned. Single bed still had dirty sheets, there was an empty cake container and the towels were dripping wet hanging on the towel rail. This was really disappointing to find. As our friends apartment was perfectly clean

NZNZWe are a family of five adults and the layout of the apartment suited us perfectly. The apartment is beautifully decorated and designed. We had a very comfortable stay here and would happily choose to stay here again.

Was told there was a car park available and there was the first night. The second day we were there the car park had three cars parked in it and I spoke with one of the drivers and they had been told they could park all three of their cars in the two car garage ??? They also told me that they were told that they had booked the same apartment as us and had actually accessed our room !!! Had been given the incorrect info. They apologised but it still not good enough . They also moved one of their cars and were kind enough to back my car into the very small space for me.

Two comparatively tiny things: (1) the two red bath-towels in the master bedroom en suite were oddly small and non-absorbent - we struggled to dry ourselves, but or daughter reported that the towels for the other bathroom were fine; and (2) we suspect that in the master bedroom en suite, the bodywash/handwash dispenser is broken/non-functional, and the other one in the shower, was not broken, but almost empty when we arrived as it ran out while we were there
