AUWe booked a 2 bdrm/2 bath apartment and it was excellent. The apartments are spacious but homely, well appointed, very clean. We could have comfortably stayed for longer than the 2 nights we were in Masterton for. The instructions for checking in/arriving were provided well in advance of our planned arrival time and were clear and easy to follow.
We thought we’d booked an apartment with a carpark as we had a rental car. When we arrived we found there to be 2 car spaces for the 3 apartments on site (unless there were other parks that were in a different location). Parking availability was inconsistent - we had one on night 1 but had been out for dinner on night 2 and got back about 9pm to find both spots taken. There was ample street parking but this was time limited during the day. Nearby businesses also parked their vans in the access lane way directly opposite the car park door which made getting in and out of the car park challenging when there were 2 cars parked in the apartment parking.

AUVery modern, clean accommodation. Location is close to cafes and other shops. We really liked the apartment and were happy that we stayed there. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked great to cook in.
No body wash or body soap in any bathroom. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It would be difficult to park your car in the garage if you didn't have a passenger to enter the premises to raise the garage door for you to drive in and vice versa - when leaving you would have to find a car park, return to the building to manually close the garage door from inside the garage, before returning to your car.
NZNZNZSpotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Great garage parking and central location. Very well stocked apartment with all the amenities you need.
The blinds in the bedrooms didn’t keep the morning light out - curtains could help this.
NZNZCost was cheap considering apartment is in a central location. Also lift access was awesome for me
