"Grosses, ungemütliches und altes Appartement"

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Appartement auf der Seite und verfügt nur übet eingeschränkte Sicht.

Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Parking sehr kompliziert. Das Appartement ist zwar sehr gross, jedoch nicht gemütlich und auch nicht sauber. Es verfügt über alte, abgenutztes Mobiliar und zum Kochen fehlt Elementares (Salz etc). Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind gegen den Hinterhof ausgerichtet und sehr laut (Geräusche der grossen Klimaanlage). Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht im geringsten.

"Great apartment to share with friends in the heart of Picton."

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen.

Dated (think 80’s) interior. Narrow balcony wasn’t really conducive to sitting outside. Main bedroom didn’t have access to fresh air as the adjoining balcony was glassed in to make another (un-needed) bedroom. Single bed in the loungeroom.
