Close to Invercargill but out of town, just the way we like it. Big size room with separate kitchen dining room. Generous bathroom size with modern laundry, separate wc. Ample free parking. Fast free wifi. Comfy bed

Spacious and good value excellent shower quiet and handy location Nice and clean.

Some areas a bit rundown water stains on ceiling look a bit gross as do lots of holes in the ceilings where old light fittings or whatever have been screwed in the past but really spacious and really good to have washing machine and Dryer
