NZThe owners were quick to resolve the issue of someone else being parked in the spot allocated to us. The facilities were spotless and the place was convenient, though the 2 bathrooms are ensuites so consider that if you have 5ppl. They provided nice amenities in the bathrooms. Couldn't locate the AC remote so one of our crew found it quite warm, and the person on the sofa bed wasn't as comfy as the rest, but had no real complaints overall. A great stay. Perhaps you could have 20a and 20b signage to indicate where the parking is and so no random people park in it. Thank you
NZIt promised much and we liked the later checkout we were allowed Staff were helpful.
The outdoor bins right on the deck were disgusting. They hadn’t been emptied in a long while. We were expected to use them but it was horrible. The place was stuffy and hot and FULL of warnings about mosquitoes. Put screens up on windows if they’re such an issue.
