The Dunes At Fitzroy Beach Unit 2

Peace and quiet in such a perfect location. Close to both the beach and Fitzroy shops. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

While the Wi-Fi i the unit worked a treat, I couldn’t get the promised Netflix working via the TV. Sofa bed a little tight to get out each night with location of dining table but that’s more the general size of the cabins and location of furniture. We manage fine.

Exceptionally warm unit. Easy access. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect kitchen to make your own breakfasts. Laundry room available for own use. And a minutes walk to the beach. Absolutely lovely place to stay.

Netflix kept turning off (not a real problem) and another unit took our parking space but there was plenty of on street parking and in a safe area.

Really nice feel. Well designed. We liked how it had Netflix. Quiet location and perfect for a walkway stroll.

The couch needed a minor clean but it wasn’t super bad just a bit grubby. We stayed 4 nights. We were given 2 towels and one face cloth. We would have liked one or two more towels as the weather was wet and things didn’t dry quickly. However there is a laundry we could wash the two towels we had.

There was no drinking chocolate but everything else was good.

Location.

A dryer would have made a huge difference as would a vacuum cleaner. The TV needs updating as we could not get TVNZ+ and Netflix did not work as promised. Instructions for the induction cook top are necessary as most people do not have this and it is quite different.
