Location, perfect distance from downtown. Size great for large groups.

Exhaust fans that run all night, which can’t be turned off.

The place was great for two families with teenagers who want space. The view is amazing and close to town so no need to drive after skiing all day! Heaps of everything in the kitchen which made it easy to cook. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the underfloor heating in the tiled areas was awesome.

No negative comments - it’s all good.

Modern with very gd space for a large group with bedrooms well compartmentalized for privacy. Good and well working facilities. Location is perfect with stunning view of the lake.

Absolutely stunning view. The layout of the property gave our family of 12 plenty of space. The living area was great for the entire family to gather together. The number of ensuites was ideal. The close location to the centre of Queenstown met that we did not have to worry about parking and traffic. The owners were great to communicate with.

The steep walk back from the centre of Queenstown but would take it for the great views that the property had.
