Wonderful, cozy apartment. My wife and I came here to take part in the Hobbiton Marathon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt like true Kiwis. Comfortable bed, quiet area. Plenty of space.

The breakfast isn't the most filling — cereal, muesli, toast with jam or peanut butter. It would be nice if there were sausage or eggs for breakfast. The location is also quite far from the city center. But that's not a problem, as there's a city bus service.
