"Excellent!"

Decent size apartment with a modern and relaxing vibe. Excellent location. Really clean. Worked well for our baby and 3yo as we could all sleep downstairs (baby in portacot) and also have plenty of space upstairs to play / watch TV etc. Very handy to have bathrooms on both levels. Re the carpark, we liked this as it was close to the apartment entry and on a totally flat surface so no slopes or stairs (I.e. easy to wheel pram, luggage etc). Easy communication with manager. Overall very very satisfied.

"False advertising"

Location

The pools were advertised as open however, when we arrived they were closed for maintenance (not good enough). The lady who handing over the keys told us to stack and turn on the dishwasher on our departure, we were also told to empty the bin liners too (isn't that included in the costs). The advertised price was $600 for two nights however, on credit card transaction it ended up being $621. Not happy with the general experience at Oceans eleven 3.

"Will definitely stay again"

Top location. Close to beach & shopping centre. Self catered for breakfast.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was only tepid as its solar powered & the weather hadn't been great before we arrived. No fault of hosts. Spa pool was great.
