Very modern and comfortable. The location was perfect to get to Hamilton and Cambridge. It was lovely and quiet. We felt the cold but there were plenty of blankets and a heat pump. The shower, wow the pressure was fantastic.

The location was wonderful. The beds super comfy and the rooms were gorgeous. Everything was lovely. Would definitely want to stay again.

The only challenge was the WiFi which kept dropping out even after continued reloading. In the end we just used our own data.

Very cosy, very warm throughout, comfortable bed and pillows, yummy apricot jam, huge spacious bathroom and bath, picturesque gardens, obsessively clean and tidy. Property feels modern and new but warm and welcoming.

Nothing to dislike. If it had a laundry as well, we would have rated this place 11 out of 10.

Beautifully presented home, quiet and away from the main city centre but close enough to get to. All the feeling of home and breakfast provided which was a lovely add on.

"Relaxing, clean, cozy, comfortable"

Very spacious, good for our group. We enjoyed the puzzles provided and allowed up to relax after a lot of travelling. The bath was amazing too - peaceful surrounds.

"Luxury"

Couldnt find fault with anything at this property! perfect wee getaway 😍 every thing, cutlery, linen, condiments, breakfast (loved the jam selection)was top quality, alot of thought has gone into making your stay comfortable and luxurious. I would not take children as I did especially under 7yrs old, I spent more time stressing that they may break or drop food spill drink etc than actually enjoying my stay. This would be perfect as a summer weekender.
