Luxury Waterfront Apartment - Quay

Spacious, modern apartment with fabulous views.

Excellent location, lovely balcony, nice spacious apartment with private parking garage. Well equipped kitchen.

A very complicated arrangement with key and fob for entry. It made it difficult to do different activities, as although the key can be left in the lock box, the first person back had to unlock the apartment, then go back downstairs to leave the key in the lockbox. A second key was not available-we asked. Tumble drier had not had lint removed and was dirty. We moved the patio chairs and it hadn't been swept underneath.

Beautiful apartment as shown. Great, big balcony. Very comfortable, well appointed, carpark, lift, in town. Loved a Marlborough Sounds cruise and vineyard restaurants

Although we were overlooking a street and park, it was very quiet inside the apartment. The view was wonderful to wake up to, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The back bedrooms were quite light first thing in the morning. The blinds weren't efficient at blocking out the light. Thank you for the milk capsules, but they had expired quite a few months earlier and the milk came out in lumps - best you replace that batch :)
