1 Bedroom Gem with Hagley Park at your doorstep

Great location, spacious, super clean.

I like the location, just within walking distance to the Botanic Gardens. There is also a 24h convenience store just across the street, making it very convenient to stock up your daily needs. The apartment is very well maintained, great ambience and decor. Loved the little backyard space.

The fact that the toilet, bathroom and bedroom are upstairs. Quite inconvenient to drag hour heavy luggage up the stairs.

Clean and Modern

The end of the of sofa bed collapsed and child had to sleep on remaining couch on an angle so he could have his legs straight. Expected a top and bottom sheet on made up Sofa Bed. Basics like salt and pepper, tissues would be helpful.

Breakfast not included - this is a self-catered unit for which the facilities are perfectly adequate. It was very clean and bright with the morning sun coming through from the rear. This would be a good place to set up for a few days and save money by cooking your own meals.
