Cathedral cove and Sunrise

The view is fabulous

A wonderful location with a view to dir for.

The number of the property was different from the information we were given and the owner had not let us have the key code. This made the beginning of our stay extremely stressful as we did not have data on our phone to contact the owner.

A few more cooking facilities, I.e hob, given the size of the kitchen area.

The location is perfect! This must be one of the best units at the cove. It is just around the corner from the start of the cove hike. Unfortunately, we were there on a very rainy and windy day, so we couldn’t hike to the cove. But I can’t think of a better place to weather the storm. Netflix on tv, great WiFi, comfy bed, and easy driving access to food. It also comes with 2 spades to take to Hot Water Beach.

Self contained, parking, nice views.

Not well equipped as a holiday home. No facilities for drying (beachwear, towels). A simple airer to put on the balcony would have been very helpful. No mirrors in bedroom.

Fabulous view. Very comfortable and quiet property with good A/C (important in summer). Close to Cathedral Cove trail head, which allowed us to beat the morning crowds to the beach. Enjoyed walking downhill into town and back during a light rain which produced a double rainbow over Hahei. Nice restaurants nearby (The Pour House is close, The Church Bistro a few minutes further away, but highly recommended).
