Size of rooms and space for large group

The outside of the property has had no maintenance can’t go on the grass because there is none and it’s all just weeds and prickles not great for little kids . You also track all the stones inside by front door and the vacuum supplied smells disgusting when used . Small things inside like the rubbish bin opens the bottom draw below so things that just don’t get told about from the cleaner. Little maintenance will go very far . Replace the blinds in the bunk room with an actual curtains so kids can sleep without light coming in .

Excellent all round. Clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped.

Perhaps the garden and deck needs a little attention but this is a minor point as it is otherwise exceptional.

The house was clean, beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, located close to town. It had all the bells and whistles needed for a very comfortable stay. There was even a great hiking track just up the street that gave us even more magnificent views of the lake and mountains. It was easy to pick up and drop the keys at the desk in the hotel in town. Great to have a washer and dryer, too!

There weren't really any downsides. I would recommend that they stabilize the step at the front door as it moves a little when you step on it. That could cause a tumble.

Nothing

One of room linen has dirty marks (looks like man secretion). Nausea. Sofa leather peel of large area. Oven tray is terrible scratches etc.
