On a steep hill with steps down to the property, need a car or uber to get to the centre, kitchen on slightly different level

Good value for money! Have everything we need. Not that far from town centre.

Sloppy parking but hey, that's Dunedin. Walk down to the unit but we were aware of it. One bedroom is a bit dark.
