Great location and good sized apartment

The construction work was so loud and it literally shook the apartment at times.

Great position in Queenstown. Well equipped apartment.

Definitely doesn't fit 5 people comfortably. 2 adults and 3 kids under 10 would be ok. Looked like it had a rush clean before we arrived.

Allowed for a late check out. Had a washing machine and dryer. Had a nice view over the lake once you got past all the construction works right in front of the apartment!

Apartment was not luxurious and spacious as advertised in the listing, it was small for 2 adults and 2 children. Suitcases did not fit in the second bedroom, and the wardrobe was not usable in 2nd bedroom. There were no tissues, or hand soap provided, there was a small amount of toilet paper provided, but not enough for a week's stay. It also did not mention the construction works that were right next door in front of the apartment and woke us every morning!! Or the closed road which made access to the apartment difficult as taxis, uber and tour bus drivers would not go there!!!! Also did not mention that the apartment was on a very steep hill or that there were stairs. The cooking pans provided were scratched and not fit for use. The heating in the bedrooms could not be used as it would cook you, as you could not control the temperature of the bedroom heaters. The shower was either cold or boiling hot, you could not get a happy medium. There were blown light globes, broken blinds that could not be used. Bunk bed squeaked every time someone moved on it. There was rubbish in rubbish bin on arrival to apartment.

Location close to the town center, walking distance from the key streets and proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. Designated parking for a car. Full serviced apartment with all chattels made it easy-to-use and homelike environment

Had booked it since we were 3 adults and 2 kids expecting the bunk bed to be comfortable for 3, but it could hardly hold 2 well. Kept creaking the whole night. Ballarat street was closed ( and seems like a long term project). Google maps didn't help so had to call. Would have been good if it was communicated earlier. Ongoing road works means cannot keep the windows open. On Level 1 (above ground), so accessibility to elderly or differently abled is extremely difficult.

It has unbeatable views as accurately shown in the listing pictures. The property was very clean and the aircon worked well. There was a designated parking spot onsite which made our stay easier. The location is absolutely amazing that it's just outside the busy streets of Queenstown so it's quiet but still within 3 minute's walk.

This listing is owned by a property company that owns many places. There's no personal touch like private owners nor professionalism like hotels. The communication was very bad - they wouldn't be bothered to reply to you unless you make an explicit complaint to them. It claims to be a "self-service" rental so only provided 2 toilet rolls for the whole stay and refused to provide more (I can't say it's wrong but it's not up to the standards on booking.com). The internet was quite slow and sometimes unusable - 32.05 Mbps down, 9.50 Mbps up. There was some construction work below the building. The bunk bed was a bit loose so made a lot of noise.
