"The room of unit 1 is much smaller than other rooms there, we can barely move after the 2 suitcases placed in."

I booked a 2 night stay here on booking.com. It was priced 280 NZD originally no additional fees were showed. However, I was charged 355NZD later on my credit card with small words stated that there was an extra 75NZD cleaning fee. Worst of all, the kettle was rusty and had spider web on it, the chopping plate was moldy, also some hair on the sheets, I was wondering where were my cleaning fees for?
