Moana on Waikare - You've Got It Maid

This place was better than the photos show. Excellent location to Oneroa village. Loved sitting on the verandah, looking at the bay drinking beautiful NZ wine. The apartment has everthing you need.

The promoted price did not include a cleaning fee (which was added after you confirmed the non cancellable payment). Then when you arrive you are asked to leave the place as you found it and strip the bed and place all used linen in towels in the bathroom, and put your rubbish out. It is difficult to see why such a massive cleaning fee should be charged.

Proximity is outstanding, into Oneroa village with public transportation, shops and restaurants and galleries and a awesomely good gelato shop ☺️ 😊. Plus the view toward Hauraki Gulf is priceless and Oneroa Beach is a stone throw away.

Loved the location and outlook. Being a short walk to central Oneroa, the ocean view and beautiful sunrises. The bed was super comfortable and excellent hot shower.

We are tall so more comfy seating in lounge but for our short stay it was ok.

This is an amazing property, just around the corner from food, accessibility to groceries, dining options, the art gallery where buses stop… beautiful deck with views…

This might sound silly… but they missed one simple thing. They supply plates, glasses, grill to cook… but no utensils for preparing or eating???? When I questioned the management (assuming I was missing something), they offered to bring over some spoons?!?! Bring your own utensils for eating and preparing food… strange oversight for such an ideal property

Fantastic location to restaurants and shops. Would if loved to stay there longer. Absolutely beautiful.
