"Welcoming, relaxing and safe stay in Kuching."

Dedicated and safe parking area. Need it to park my car. Fast internet access. Fridge. Gas stove and ventilating fan. Washing machine. Clean and air conditioned apartment. Friendly security personnel at guardhouse. Engaging host. Willing to put the effort to make it easy for me to pickup the key to the apartment. Mini supermarket nearby (walking distance). Bought my ice cubes there.

Low water pressure at the shower head on the electric water heater. Ants scavenging on food waste left in rubbish bin. Bought Ridsect spray to get rid of these ants. Throw away food waste to the common trash area every time.

i really had a great time here. the main reason i loved this place is the view from the balcony espicially at night. and how peaceful enviroment there. wil definitely come again👍🏻

i wish you can add microwave since they are not allowing to do heavy frying.
